Article 1 Object

• The purpose of this Terms and Conditions is to stipulate all matters related to the terms of use and operation of the service of “englishow.net” (hereinafter referred to as the “the site”).

Article 2 Definition of Terms

Article 3 Terms and Conditions and Other Rules

• If necessary, the operator may notify the operation policy separately, and if these terms and conditions overlap with the operating policy, the operating policy will take precedence.

Article 4 Signing a Contract for Use

• The service contract shall be established with the consent of the operator to apply for membership and the consent of the person who intends to use the site by registering as a member.

Article 5 Application for Service Use

Article 7 Obligation of Operator

• If the operator deems that the opinion or complaint raised by the user member is justified, it should be handled as soon as possible. However, if prompt processing is difficult due to personal reasons, we will do our best to notify the user or send a note or e-mail to the user.
• In order to provide a continuous and stable site, the operator may request the site to repair or restore without delay when equipment is damaged or lost. However, if there are natural disasters or unavoidable reasons for the site or operator, the site operation may be suspended temporarily.

Article 8 Obligation of Member

• The member shall comply with the matters stipulated in this Agreement, the regulations set forth by the operator, notices, operation policies, etc. and other related statutes, and shall not interfere with the work of the site or damage the honor of the site.
• The member shall not transfer or give the right to use the service or other contractual status to another person unless explicitly agreed to by the site, and shall not provide it as collateral.
• Users must pay close attention to the management of ID and password, and users cannot provide ID to a third party without the consent of the operator or site.
• The member shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the operator, the site, or any third party.

Article 9 Service Hours

• In principle, the service hours shall be 24 hours a day, one day throughout the year, unless there is a special business or technical disruption. However, for regular inspection, extension, and replacement of the system, the service may be suspended at the date or time set by the site, and the service suspension due to scheduled work will be notified in advance on the website.
• However, the site may temporarily or permanently suspend the service without prior notice or notice in the following cases:
  • In case of urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, breakdown, or malfunction
  • In case of force majeure such as national emergency, power outage, natural disaster, etc.
  • In the case that the telecommunication business operator stops the telecommunication service during the period prescribed by the Telecommunication Business Act
  • In the case of interfering with normal service use due to a heavy use of the service
• In case of service interruption pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the site will notify the member through notice in advance. However, if it is impossible to notify in advance about the interruption of the service due to reasons beyond the control of the site, it will be replaced by a post notice.

Article 10 Termination of Service Use

• If a member intends to terminate a service contract with the website, he/she shall file an application for cancellation of registration online. On the other hand, you must terminate the service contract for the site separately from the cancellation of the site.
• At the same time as the cancellation request, the site-related program provided by the site is automatically deleted from the member management screen, so the operator can no longer see the information of the cancellation requester.

Article 11 Restriction of Service Use

• The member shall not engage in any of the following acts, and in the event of such acts, the site may restrict the member's use of the service and take legitimate measures and may terminate the service contract or suspend the service by a fixed period.

• The act of registering false information at the time of membership or when information is changed after membership
• The act of interfering with other people's use of the site or stealing information
• Impersonating the management, employees, or related persons of the site
• An act of infringement of the personality rights or intellectual property rights of a site or other third party or interfering with the business
• The fraudulent use of another member's ID
• The act of collecting, storing, and disclosing personal information about other members without their consent
• An act that is objectively judged to be associated with a crime
• Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations

Article 12 Management of Posts

• The operator is responsible for the management and operation of posts and materials on the site. The operator shall always monitor defective posts and materials, and when he/she finds or reports defective posts and materials, he/she shall delete the relevant posts and materials and give a warning to the members who register them. On the other hand, the publisher is responsible for the posts posted by the members, so the members shall not post any postings that violate the terms and conditions of use.
• If there is a request for correction from a public institution such as the Information Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move the post without prior consent of the member.
• The criteria for determining defective posts are as follows:
  • In case of content that severely insults or defames other members or third parties
  • In the case of disseminating or linking information that violates the public order and customs
  • Content that promotes illegal copying or hacking
  • In case of commercial advertising
  • Where the content is objectively recognized as being associated with a crime
  • In the case of infringement of other rights, such as copyright, with other users or third parties
  • Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant statutes
• Sites and operators may temporarily suspend posting (transfer interruption) if they receive a request to suspend posting from a third party for defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights, etc., and a lawsuit between the requester of posting and the post registrant, If an agreement or other similar decision is made and received on the site, it will be followed.

Article 13 Storage of Postings

• If the site operator discontinues this site due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she shall make an advance notice to the members and endeavor to take all measures to facilitate the transfer of posts.

Article 14 Copyright for Posts

• The copyright of the post posted by the member on the site belongs to the member who posted it. In addition, the site may not use the post commercially without the consent of the publisher. However, this is not the case for non-profit purposes, and you also have the right to publish within the service.
• The member shall not use commercially the data posted on the service, such as processing or selling the information acquired using the service.
• The operator may delete, move, or refuse to register the contents and contents of the site to be posted or registered by the member, if deemed to fall under each subparagraph of Article 12.

Article 15 Compensation for Damages

• All civil and criminal liability arising from this site lies with the member himself/herself.
• In the event that the damages received by the member from this site are force majeure such as natural disasters, or caused by intention or negligence of the member, compensation for damages shall not be made.

Article 16 Indemnification

• The operator shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by the member's failure to obtain expected profits from the service provision of the site or by the selection or use of the service materials.
• The operator shall be exempted from liability in the event of a failure of the service base and telecommunications services provided by other carriers, and any damages related to the service base of this site shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of use of the site.
• The operator shall not be held responsible for any data stored, posted, or transmitted by the member.
• The operator shall not be responsible for any failure to use the service due to reasons attributable to the member.
• The Operator shall not be responsible for any activities (including data transmission and other community activities) between each member, between the member and a third party, or within or outside of this member's service.
• The operator shall not be responsible for the authenticity, reliability, accuracy, etc. of the materials posted or transmitted by the member and all materials provided to this site.
• The operator shall not be responsible for any damages arising from the transaction of goods between members or between a member and a third party through service.
• The operator shall not be responsible for any disputes between members or between members and third parties without the reason for the operator's imputation.
• The operator shall not be responsible for system failures that can occur without intention or significant negligence in the process of managing, checking, repairing, and replacing facilities such as servers, or in the process of operating software system failures, which caused by third-party attacks, computer viruses, or other force majeure reasons that cannot be controlled by renowned domestic and foreign research institutes or security-related companies.
